If we resist or can’t change when it is required we can’t move on. There are many changes in life. Even relationships go though changes. We need to re-adjust positively as new situations occur. It helps you let go and experience things that you might not have had the courage to do. Allows closure, shutting doors on past events and people which are no longer needed and breaking past patterns. Aids letting-go; clearing emotions, giving a breath of fresh air. Clear karma created in this life and start on a fresh note. Personal Strange but, every time I have taken this essence someone turns up whom I haven’t seen for a long time (even 30 years ). That may be a scary proposition, but it gives opportunities that have been missed to repair and sort out misunderstandings and to remind you of good things too. An unpredictable essence which takes courage to use as you never know who or what my pop up again. But be reassured it will encourage you to understand and work though that which isn’t needed.
