Essence Some people think they have only one guide. But depending on what we are doing we have different ones. Guidance can be on practical, such as cooking, gardening or D.I.Y. Connecting with your spirit guides is not always direct communication. Not everyone has that capacity. Guidance finds a way to connect to the right path and people. What is your gut telling you? Go with your instincts.

Spiritual This essence does what you expect. It allows Spirit to speak to you. If you already have the ability to “hear” spirit guides, this will be clearer. This type of communication is not an audible sound like listening to the living. It’s an inner message. Similar to hearing a song in your head. If you are working from your heart, you attract the right people. Stay true to who you are and everything will fall into place. Important messages will become clearer. There are some things we are not meant to know. Spirit guides have rules to abide by just as we do. You may be surprised to hear spirit guides cannot communicate via text, emails or by phone! To connect with guides find quiet time. Often messages come through meditation, at bedtime and when you are winding down, or first thing in the morning. Also through dreamtime. (Personally I find messages come when exercising. I also think that yoga, swimming and walking are great ways to slow down; de-stress; go within and receive guidance). Gratitude is an important part living. If you don’t give thanks for your home, family. money, car, holiday, etc your guidance may assume and you are not happy with what you have, so won’t help you receive more. Give thanks a way that suits you. It doesn’t have to be formal prayer. Say something quietly by yourself or in your head; write or draw on a piece of paper; light a candle; burn incense; sing a song. It doesn’t matter it’s not good enough for anyone to see or hear. Or you could shout THANK YOU from a mountain top! Don’t forget to thank the living for what they have done for you too! We all like to feel appreciated. Spirit Speak is not just about communication from spirit. Sometimes we need to feel loving energy from the other side to ease transition and change. Are you in a dark place? This essence will support and guide you to the light and how to rebuild and transform your life. It draws to you people who help.

Notes Messages can come in many forms such as smells or sounds. I sometimes get songs in my dreams. The lyrics often have meaning for me. Messages via smells may seem strange. So I would like to share a story. When I was 26, I was trying for a baby. I was slightly late in my cycle and went to the doctor who gave me a pregnancy test. It came back negative. Soon after while driving I got a strong scent of baby products. I day or so later eating curry, I got the smell again. A thought went through my head, and I wondered is someone trying to tell me something. When I did another test a few days later it came positive. You don’t have to look for messages. They will come if your meant to receive them.
