Have you accumulated clothes, shoes, accessories and books etc? Perhaps you’ve forgotten things you could drag out of your wardrobe or jewellery box? There’s no point having them if you don’t wear them. You got them because they made you feel good. Let them do that! Look at your finances and spending. Could you cut back? Are there items you can do without? This essence will make you think about small amounts of money and what you genuinely need. Every penny counts! Disruption going on around you? Don’t let it ruffle your feathers. People annoying you? Let it be like water off a ducks back. Perhaps you need to give them a piece of your mind? If you’re not in control of your life, who or what is? Need to get things off your chest? Having a rant may help your sanity. But be careful who you aim your tirade at, or you could cause problems. Write down your ranting and feel better for it. Are you a self confessed drama king or queen? Not anymore! Take this essence and you won’t win an Oscar but people love you for it.

Personal I was feeling bothered by a deadline fast approaching. Building work next door was disruptive. Concentration was hard. Hammering and banging caused vibrations to go through the house. I felt my heart attempting stillness. It’s was going to take another 3 weeks for the work to be done and I had to finish my writing by then! I was thinking of relocating somewhere. Working with essences is about sensitivity, quiet contemplation and meditation. But I found with another few days of taking this essence my energy settled. The noise and disruption bothered me less. I had found “peace within.” Chakras Throat and heart chakras.
